MANAGING DIRECTOR
SAMSUDDIN SARIP is the Managing Director of the company. He holds a Diploma in Banking from ITM and a Degree in Finance from
the University of South Florida. In addition he
completed all courses in MBA at Wilkes College Pennsylvania.
SAMSUDDIN has more than 20 years working experience in various capacities with banks, private limited and public listed
companies. He has been directly involved in the furniture industry since 1990.
Internationally he has promoted the industry to countries like Australia, Belgium, Bosnia, Denmark, Egypt, England, France,
Germany, Holland, Italy, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United States of America and Uzbekistan.
OPERATION DIRECTOR
WAN EZANI WAN YUSOFF is the Operation Director and co-founder of the company. He is a graduate from ITM with a Diploma in
Business Studies. He has been exposed in the furniture business since 1990. His interest and talents in sales contributed
a lot in meeting the company's sales target. He started his sales carrier at PUSPAMARA and Guthrie Furniture before joining
MINT PLAZA.
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
NAZLAN TAN SRI AWANG HAD is the Technical Director of the company since 1999. He is a graduate from the California State University,
Chico majoring in Industrial Engineering.
NAZLAN has more than10 years experience in manufacturing industry. He started his carrier as Quality Control Manager with
Proton. His skills in technical presentation and knowledge in the production add strength to the company.
CORPORATE SERVICES DIRECTOR
ISHAK HJ. ABD, RAHIM is the Corporate Services Director of the company. A graduate from ITM Shah Alam majoring in Banking.
He has 20 years working experience with an established local bank holding various position at branch level. He was a branch
deputy manager before opting for VSS in September 2001. He joined MINT PLAZA in January 2002. Meantime, he is also a Directorof
East Coast Drum (M) Sdn Bhd, a company involves in the production and marketing of oil drums to PETRONAS and Shell.
