PROJECT MANAGEMENT
More often the company is entrusted to take the role as project manager to manage projects with large requirement of furniture,
fittings and equipments.Our project management is moving towards achieving the ISO 9001 - 200.
As project manager, the company is responsible in the preparation of tender documents, product specification, drawing,
bill of quantities and cost estimation. In addition the company is also responsible in the selection of vendor, coordinate
and monitor supply, quality control, attending projects meeting, reporting progress, make claims and collect payments on behalf
of clients.
